sorry to my readers

I have not felt well for a few days. head cold,chest cold so i need to stay in bed under the electric blanket.it is 68 degs here in alabama but my bones are chilliy. Do not ever smoke or stop now. I have copd among a few other health problem. I smoked all my life and quit 8 years ago. To bad not sooner. WEll back to bed for me. will catch up in a few days. be well,blessed and happy..Howard
